StepChange was founded by Eamonn Twomey in 2011. For the previous 27 years, Eamonn had worked in a variety of different senior commercial roles in the UK and Ireland in the Financial Services sector. He holds a First Class Honours MBA from the Smurfit School of Business UCD and is a Qualified Financial Adviser.
Eamonn founded StepChange for a number of reasons. First and foremost it was to finally bring to fruition a long-held desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment. He also decided to act on some opportunities in each of his solutions areas.
Conor joined the StepChange team in January 2015. In September 2014, Conor graduated from UCD with a Bachelor of Commerce (International) degree and is currently studying Marketing part-time in UCD’s Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
Outside of the office and the classroom, Conor enjoys editing video content of sporting events and is an avid Ultimate Frisbee player. In 2015, Conor captained Ireland to a silver medal at the European Ultimate Championships in Copenhagen.
